7Sardar Employment Services Inc. (“7Sardar”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We collect personal information for one main reason: so we can respond to your enquiry and connect employers with workers. We do not sell your personal information.
01 Who we are
7Sardar Employment Services Inc. is a general labour and light industrial staffing agency operating across Québec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, with offices in Verdun (QC) and Dartmouth (NS). For any privacy question, we are the organization responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
02 Information we collect
We only collect what we need to help you:

We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not include social insurance numbers, banking details or health information in the enquiry form.
03 How we use your information
- To respond and follow up on your enquiry, by phone or email.
- To provide staffing services — matching workers to employers.
- To improve our website and understand which content is useful.
- To keep records of enquiries and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you first.
04 Cookies, analytics & advertising
When you first visit, we ask for your choices by purpose. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary runs until you opt in, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Cookie preferences link in our footer.
The three categories
- Essential (always on, no consent required) — remembers your privacy choices and your language, and lets our request forms work. Cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Analytics (opt-in) — Microsoft Clarity for aggregated heatmaps and session statistics (see the Microsoft Privacy Statement) and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated traffic statistics (see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data).
- Marketing (opt-in) — lets us build remarketing audiences so our staffing ads can reach people who have already visited, and measure which campaigns produce real enquiries. This is what makes the advertising you may see from us relevant rather than random.
What the marketing cookie stores
With marketing or analytics consent, we set a first-party cookie named _7s_v (and a matching browser-storage copy) that lasts 180 days. It holds a random visitor ID we generate — not your name — plus:
- when you first and last visited, and how many sessions and pages
- how you found us: referring website, campaign tags (UTM), and ad click IDs such as
gclid, fbclid or msclkid
- which of our city and service pages you looked at, so a follow-up is about the work you actually need
- whether you appear to be an employer or a job seeker, based on which buttons you use
- your chosen language
When you send us an enquiry, this context is attached to it so our team can respond knowing where you came from and what you were looking at. We use it for our own follow-up and advertising measurement. We do not sell it.
Precise location
Our forms include an optional “Use my location” button. Nothing happens unless you press it, and your browser will ask you separately for permission — you can refuse, and the form still works if you type your city instead. If you allow it, we use your coordinates to fill in your city, tell you which of our offices is closest, and point you to the right local page. We store only the city-level result (coordinates rounded to roughly a kilometre), never a continuous or background record of your whereabouts. To do the city lookup we send the coordinates to BigDataCloud's reverse-geocoding service; see their privacy policy.
Turning it off
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to change your categories, or choose “Essential only” to withdraw consent entirely — we then delete the visitor cookie. You can also clear your browser's site data for this website, or ask us to delete what we hold using the contact details below.
05 Your consent
We rely on your consent to collect and use your personal information. By submitting the enquiry form, you consent to us contacting you about your request. By selecting “Accept” on the cookie banner, you consent to analytics. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below) — though some functions may no longer be available to you.
06 Sharing & service providers
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example our form-delivery provider (which emails us your enquiry) and Microsoft Clarity. These providers process information on our behalf and may store data outside Québec or Canada.
- Employers or workers, only as needed to act on a staffing request you have made.
- Authorities, where required by law.
07 How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal requirements — and then we securely delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard periods.
08 How we protect it
We take reasonable physical, organizational and technical measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
09 Your rights
Under Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw consent or ask us to stop using your information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal limits.
- Ask how your information is collected, used and shared.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
10 Children
Our website and services are intended for people of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
